Brian D. Dennis has been in the quality Improvement field since 2006. He has worked in the Lean Six Sigma arena for most of that time in various roles. Brian received is Black Belt certification from Villanova University. Brian attended The Lincoln University, the Nation’s 1^st HBCU founded in 1854, and studied computer science and business administration but he completed his studies at Geneva College and holds Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management. Brian continued his education and obtained a MBA from the Rowland School of Business at Point Park University.

     He began his career working in social services and non-profit by completing complex data analysis ensuring that customer needs can be met. Brian was able to transition those analysis while in a leadership position that would allow for him to standardize case management services. Brian later transitioned into the financial and banking industry where he has worked for the last 10 years improving processes, meeting customer’s needs, eliminating waste, and saving millions in hard dollars within the mortgage, bankruptcy, and technology lines of business.
